Each weekday in The Times Mind Games section is a Scrabble challenge. A board segment is given and the reader is challenged to find a triple-word play and match a target score with two different racks.

THE TIMES WEEKEND SCRABBLE COLUMN
Every Saturday in The TIMES Book Section there is a Scabble column that gives advice and tips on aspects of play, strategy and vocabulary, often using real tournament game situations between expert players.
Each column concludes with a challenge for the reader. Although the solutions are invariably everyday words they are not necessarily easy to spot. The solutions are provided upside-down at the foot of the page.
